The TTP223B Capacitive Touch Sensor Module is a compact and highly reliable touch detection module based on advanced capacitive sensing technology. It serves as a modern replacement for traditional mechanical push buttons, making your electronics projects more durable, responsive, and visually appealing.
This module uses the TTP223B touch-sensing IC to detect finger touch and provide a digital output. Under normal conditions, the module remains in a LOW state. When a user touches the circular touch pad, the output switches to HIGH. Once the touch is removed, it automatically returns to LOW, and after 12 seconds of inactivity, the module enters low-power mode.
One of its key advantages is its ability to work through non-metallic surfaces such as plastic, glass, acrylic, or wood. This allows you to create hidden touch buttons behind surfaces like walls, tables, or panels, making it ideal for modern and smart device designs.
