Description :
The Rain Sensitive Detector Sensor Module is specially designed for rain detection and weather monitoring applications. This module consists of two main parts: a rain detection plate (sensor board) and a control module based on the LM393 comparator.
When raindrops fall on the sensor board, they create conductive paths that change the resistance of the circuit. This variation is detected by the onboard comparator, which converts it into an output signal. The more water present on the surface, the lower the resistance and the corresponding change in output voltage.
The module provides both Analog (AO) and Digital (DO) outputs, allowing flexible integration based on your project requirements. It also features a built-in potentiometer, enabling easy adjustment of sensitivity according to different environmental conditions.
